Job Title: Sales Team Leader – Six Sigma Labs

We are hiring a Sales Team Leader for our dynamic Indiamart corporate sales project at Six Sigma Labs. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of 5–20 Jr. and Sr. Sales Executives.
Assign targets, track daily performance, and motivate team members.
Ensure monthly branch-level sales targets are met or exceeded.
Assist sales executives in client meetings, product pitches, and closures.
Handle key accounts and visit clients from Andheri to Virar.
Manage Indiamart B2B corporate sales projects and reporting.
Conduct daily team huddles, reporting, and goal planning.

Preferred Candidates Should Have:

Sales experience in LIC, Banking, Insurance, B2B, or corporate sales.
Strong communication, team motivation, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to travel across Mumbai and handle multiple client locations.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: 25 to 35 years
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (MBA in Marketing/International Business preferred)
Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales leadership roles
Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 (based on experience & performance)

Round 1: Telephonic Interview
CV screening and telephonic assessment to confirm 80% skill match. Freshers with non-relevant experience will be considered for Internship Trainee roles.

Round 2: Technical & Written Test
Shortlisted candidates will attend English writing, computer proficiency, and domain knowledge test at our offices in Vasai/Nalasopara, or Delhi-NCR Asaoti / Ballabhgarh.

Round 3: Financial Interview
Final interview for selected candidates and appointment letter issuance. Management’s decision is final.
