Freelance Consultant/ISO Auditor- We are seeking experienced and qualified freelance professionals who can support our ISO implementation, audit, and training projects across India. Whether you’re based in Vasai, Nalasopara, Virar, or anywhere in India – we welcome applications for remote freelance ISO jobs, project-based assignments, and on-field audits.

🔍 Key Role: Freelance Consultant / ISO Auditor

You’ll be responsible for managing, conducting, and supporting end-to-end audits, ISO documentation, and compliance activities for companies across various sectors. This includes audits related to:

ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems)
ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
ISO 18001 / ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety)
ISO 50001 (Energy Management Systems)

✅ Key Responsibilities

Conduct third-party and internal audits as per ISO standards
Help clients with ISO implementation, documentation & gap analysis
Train client teams on audit preparedness, quality manuals, and SOPs
Submit audit reports and ensure continual improvement compliance
Coordinate with clients, certification bodies, and internal teams

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications:

Diploma in Engineering or BE (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical)
IMS Lead Auditor Certification (preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 1–2 years as a Management Representative or ISO Consultant
Experience with Certification Bodies will be an added advantage
Strong knowledge of audit processes, documentation & compliance

🔹 Round 1: Telephonic Interview

Review of profile based on relevance to ISO audit, consulting, training, or QMS implementation.
Only candidates with 80% or higher skill match will move forward for freelance or associate roles.
Freshers or those with partial experience may be considered for the Internship or On-the-Job Training (OJT) program.

🔹 Round 2: Technical Evaluation

Computer skills test
English writing and audit knowledge assessment
Location: Vasai West / Nalasopara East / Asaoti / Ballabhgarh

🔹 Round 3: Financial Interview

Compensation discussion for freelance and associate roles
Final decision by senior management
Appointment letter issued post final selection
